Sago Fiber Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

Sago Fiber respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we have adopted a policy to address copyright infringement notifications and the removal of infringing content.

1. Notification of Claimed Infringement If you are a copyright owner (or an agent thereof) and believe that any content transmitted over or stored on our network infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated DMCA agent. Your notification must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

  • Identification of the infringing content and information sufficient to locate it;

  • Your contact information (address, phone, and email);

  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized;

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Counter Notification If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a written counter-notice that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;

  • Identification of the removed material and its original location;

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake;

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area.

We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If no action is taken within 10 business days, we may restore the material.

3. Repeat Infringers Sago Fiber may terminate the accounts of subscribers who are repeat infringers.
